My Friends

There are a couple of my friends on here that just disappeared 
one day never to return. They are very dear friends and I'm 
worried about them. I hope they are OK. All I can do is say a 
prayer and write this poem for them.

You brightened my life
Gave me more reason
Made me feel happy
Gave me joy
You mean so much to me
I am saddened by your absence
It's like a brilliant and unique light has blinked out in the 
world
I say a prayer for you now
Dear God please
Be a lamp unto their feet and a light unto their paths
Place a hedge of Michael and his warring angels round about them
May you be in their hearts, minds, and souls
And keep them safe from all harm
For I love them Lord
With all my heart
With all that I am
They are sweet beauty made by you
And I had the pleasure to experience them in my life
Just for a time
And now they're gone
Hopefully they'll return
Please Lord, if it be your will
Let them return and share with me still
I will be ever so grateful Lord
But if they shall not return
May their skies always be blue
May the wind be at their backs
And may you always confort them in their hour of need
I love you my friends
