The rocks were sandy brown
this surrealistic bramble town
Twisting me round and round

 

The water hole with blue gilled fish
Lori Kennedy was my dish
Hidden Meadows defined our space and time
I'd gladly go back in time

 

Throw it all away
With my life I'd pay
Dear God I want Lori
she's part of my story

 

I'm calling through space and time
Hear my plea
Lead me by the hand
Brighten up my land
Cover me with sand

 

What softness of voice and beauty
What suave you lathered me with
When you flew into my soul
Like a soft rendition of rock and roll
Beating my symbols with poetic soul

 

I'm speechless at the thought of your love
You're like an angel from up above
I shall meet you in the afterlife
That is the only life
Where long lost lovers can reunite

 

At the end
At dawn's first light
In the dead of night
When the skies turn blood red
And the mountains crumble into the sea
I'll be waiting there to take your hand
